"Invalid TCP Header" error when adding device

Problem Statement:

When attempting to add a new MFP to a ShareScan Manager an "Invalid TCP Header" error message is displayed.  Additionally, the ShareScan Manager service may crash.  In some situations the user interface can also have performance issues during runtime.


Having more than approximately 300 licenses added to a system causes performance and stability issues with the ShareScan Manager service. 


Open a ticket with the Customer Support Services group and convert the individual licenses to a site key.
