A ScanStation locks up intermittently with "Processing" displayed in the lower right corner.
This issue can occur with any connector or service on a ScanStation device type. To temporarily resolve the issue, the ScanStation PC must be rebooted.
ShareScan 5.1: Ensure Service pack 1 has been installed. Request hotfix 1094 from service provider and implement.
ShareScan 5.2: This fix has not yet been incorporated into the 5.2 software version. Please escalate this issue to service provider referencing 5.1 hotfix 1094.
