ShareScan services do not start automatically upon start of the server or PC.
The network is set to DHCP, and the IP address was not obtained before the ShareScan services started.
Set the network adapter to use a static IP address, if set to DHCP.
If multiple NICs are present, enable only the one port being used, and disable all the others in Windows.
Check the firewall to open all ports used by ShareScan.
In some cases, changing the option to start the ShareScan services as "Automatic (Delayed Start)" can help.
