MarkView File Capture - Users do not receive success or failure email notifications



Applies To

  • ERP System: Oracle, SAP
  • MarkView Version: 5.10 and 6.2 and above.)


Users are not receiving the Success or Failure emails when they send items in to MarkView File Capture.


  • When success and failure emails are not being received please try the troubleshooting steps below:
    • Confirm that the "Notify Sender on Success/Failure" option is selected for all of the email accounts that you have setup.
    • Ensure that you have Entered a Subject and Body for the Success/Failure Email
    • Confirm that you have specified and Send From email address
    • Check to make sure if your SMTP server does not require authentication, or if it does that you have the correct username and password in the setting.
