- When a scanner is "Supported" but not "Certified" it means that Kofax has not tested MarkView Scan with the scanner model but Kofax Technical Support will make a reasonable effort to troubleshoot installation, configuration or operation issues that occur. We cannot assure our ability to resolve these issues and may have to refer you to the scanner manufacturer or Kofax for further assistance. In addition to scanners that Kofax certifies, we support but do not certify other scanners that are Kofax Adrenaline Image Processing Engine (AIPE) 4.0 or greater compatible.
- We recommend Kofax Virtual ReScan (VRS) 4.* for usability and image quality assurance.
