Behavior
- After logging into Kofax Analytics for MarkView there is no data appearing in any of the reports.
Known Causes
- You are logging in as a user that does not belong to the "MV Analytics" group in MarkView.
- The MV Analytics Group does not have any Organizations assigned.
- You are logging in as the "Administrator" Insight User.
Resolution
- You are logging in as a user that does not belong to the "MV Analytics" group in MarkView.
- In order to have the appropriate privileges to view data the end user logging into Kofax Analytics for MarkView must belong to the "MV Analytics" user group.
- The MV Analytics Group does not have any Organizations assigned.
- From MarkView Home -> Administration -> User Groups
- Click on Details for the MV Analytics User Group
- Under the "User Group Org Auths" tab ensure that at least one Org is entered.
- You are logging in as the "Administrator" Insight User.
- The "Administrator" Insight User is a special user account required for configuring Insight Parameters and will not see any specific data in the Kofax Analytics for MarkView reports.
