Kofax Analytics for MarkView - No data is being displayed in any of the reports

Behavior

  • After logging into Kofax Analytics for MarkView there is no data appearing in any of the reports.

Known Causes

  • You are logging in as a user that does not belong to the "MV Analytics" group in MarkView.
  • The MV Analytics Group does not have any Organizations assigned.
  • You are logging in as the "Administrator" Insight User.

Resolution

  • You are logging in as a user that does not belong to the "MV Analytics" group in MarkView.
    • In order to have the appropriate privileges to view data the end user logging into Kofax Analytics for MarkView must belong to the "MV Analytics" user group.
  • The MV Analytics Group does not have any Organizations assigned.
    • From MarkView Home -> Administration -> User Groups
    • Click on Details for the MV Analytics User Group
    • Under the "User Group Org Auths" tab ensure that at least one Org is entered.
  • You are logging in as the "Administrator" Insight User.
    • The "Administrator" Insight User is a special user account required for configuring Insight Parameters and will not see any specific data in the Kofax Analytics for MarkView reports.
