Errors in Alert.log for Indexes Being Marked as Unusable.

Behavior
- DBA's may see a number of errors in the alert.log for the database stating that indexes have been marked unusable:
"Index KAMV_DATA.I_PaymentDateMultiTouchInvo_01 or some [sub]partitions of the index have been marked unusable"
Known Causes
- This is due to the way in which Insight is rebuilding indexes automatically, as opposed to it being done by Oracle.
Resolution
- Ensure your Insight version is at least 5.4.0.12
- Please disable the "auto-index rebuilding" by following the steps in the attached document.
