MarkView ACD - LOV for context-sensitive DFF is empty when updating existing distribution line in MarkView Enterprise Viewer

Behavior

While creating a new distribution line using the MarkView Viewer Enterprise Edition, a user can enter all of the values and the LOV is populated for a context-sensitive DFF. However, when updating an existing distribution line in the MarkView Enterprise Viewer the LOV for the same field is empty.

Root cause is not identified

Resolution

• When updating an existing distribution line in the MarkView Enterprise Viewer tabbing through all of the segments will set the context allowing the LOV for the context sensitive DFF to populate correctly.
• Alternatively, the MarkView Express Viewer can be used which will not exhibit this behavior.
