MarkView All Components - Accessing System Status Menu item

Behavior

Users cannot access Utilities -> System Status from MarkView Home, even though they are in a group configured to access this item in Module Admin -> Menu Item Group Auth.

Known Causes

Only members of the Module Administrator group are allowed to access this menu item.

Resolution

If permitted, granting membership of the Module Administrator group to the user will allow them to access Utilities -> System Status.
