Kofax does not prohibit the use of remote management packages like NetOp, MSTS, PC Anywhere. Kofax does not certify or test with any remote management package. We will share any information we are given regarding known incompatibility. If you manage an application remotely you will still be entitled to support however you should understand that one of the first requirements that Kofax Support Services will have when troubleshooting issues will be to disable remote administration. Once the cause of the issue is determined and resolved you will then be free to administer the system as you see fit.

There are no plans at this time certify or test with any remote administration applications.
