- The MarkView Barcode Server is down and I cannot bring it up. When I try to Activate it, it goes down immediately.
- The log file shows the following error:
Error -2147221403 encountered while attempting to access image file: An error occurred during the attempted download of <tif> documentID=<document_id>&pageNumber=1&path=<path> GetHttpFile GetHttpFile failed with HTTP status code 403.
- This problem can be caused by having Internet Explorer set up to use the proxy server.
- To verify this, examine the check box titled 'Use a proxy server for your LAN (These settings will not apply to dial-up or VPN connections)".
- Open IE and choose Tools -->Internet Options -->Connections-->LAN Settings
