How to obtain the Solutions Installer and upgrade the installed components.


Customers who have MarkView Solutions components installed may need to run the Solutions installer in order to upgrade these components. The installer is not directly accessible. In order to get the installer a request must be made to the Kofax Professional Services representative that is engaged with the customer, or a case must be opened in the Support Portal, requesting that the installer be provided.

The MarkView Product Installer needs to be run before the Solutions Installer. Once MarkView product is upgraded to the desired version, the Solutions Installer can be run. An Install Guide is included in the installer and the directions in that guide should be followed in order to complete the upgrade.
