If you encounter an issue with the MarkView Installer, please retrieve the following information and create a Support Case for additional review:

Gather Basic Information

  • Environment Overview:
    • What is the type of Application Server? ( WebLogic or OAS )
    • What is the version of the Application server?
    • What Operating System is the Application Server running?
  • Retrieve Log Files:
    • Please zip and upload all of the MarkView and Application Server log files to the case for further review. Locations of these log files can be found under the 'MarkView Installer and Verify' and 'MarkView Middle Tier Application Server' sections of the following Article:

Logging

Enable Debug Logging

  • Debug logging is automatically enabled when the MarkView Installer is executed.

Disable Debug Logging

  • Debug logging is automatically enabled when the MarkView Installer is executed.

Log File Location
