  • Zoom button is not enabled in the Invoice Workbench form APXINWKB / SFXINWKB

Resolution

  • Ensure that you are using the Kofax version of the Invoice Entry form. This can be done using the following steps:
    1. Open the invoice form
    2. Select Help - About Oracle Applications
    3. Scroll down to the section "Current Form" under form version, ensure that the version number ends in 170
