This is actually not an issue with the MarkView for Oracle Applications integration, but in actuality, it is usually one of the following:

  1. Invalid MVOADB objects
  2. Invalid synonyms from APPS to MARKVIEW (or gateway)
  3. Missing synonyms from APPS to MARKVIEW

To solve the problem, try running the latest grant and synonym scripts again, and make sure that all the objects in the MARKVIEW schema are recompiled and VALID. If necessary, you may want to stop and start the Oracle Forms Listener and Concurrent Manager.
