- Errors are experienced on the scan station which do not relate to a hardware condition.
- In these situations, try the following:
- Stop MarkView Scan.
- Turn off and unplug the scanner.
- Shut down and power off the scan station.
- Wait 5 minutes.
- Plug in and power up scanner and wait for it to finish dignostics.
- Power up scan station.
- When the scan station is rebooted run MarkView Scan and try scanning.
