MarkView Scan - Scan Station Shut Down and Reboot

Behavior

  • Errors are experienced on the scan station which do not relate to a hardware condition.

Resolution

  • In these situations, try the following:
    1. Stop MarkView Scan.
    2. Turn off and unplug the scanner.
    3. Shut down and power off the scan station.
    4. Wait 5 minutes.
    5. Plug in and power up scanner and wait for it to finish dignostics.
    6. Power up scan station.
    7. When the scan station is rebooted run MarkView Scan and try scanning.
