MarkView Viewer - End-dating Document Types prevents existing items of that type from being viewed

Behavior

• Users are unable to view an existing document if its document type has been end dated.
• Error reported when attempting to view an end-dated document type.

Known Causes

• This is a known issue, SPR00063042 -and has been assigned to our product development department.

Resolution

• The defect will be scoped and corrected in an upcoming version of MarkView. Until that time, the issue can be addressed by removing the Disable Date on the Document Type.
  
  From the MarkView Home:
  1. Click on Administration -> MarkView Admin.
  2. Click on the Document Type tab.
  3. Query the end-dated document type and click on the Details button.
  4. Remove the Disable Date and click the Save button.
