Quick Info Does Not Display Intermittently After Chrome 104 Version Upgrade

Issue

After upgrading to Google Chrome version 104 ( 104.0.5112.81 for example ), when using the Web Inbox intermittently the Viewer Quick Info does not display.

Instead that area of the page shows the event log. Additionally, refreshing or clicking quick info will not cause the quick info to display. 

Solution

Kofax is aware of this issue. We are reviewing the changes made in Chrome to explore a more permanent solution to this issue.

In the meantime to work around this issue, click any link other than Quick Info on the navigation menu. Then click Quick Info.
