MarkView Viewer Enterprise & Express - "OK" button not visible on Re-Create Document markup in MarkView 6.5

Behavior

  • Following an upgrade from MarkView 6.4 to MarkView 6.5, the "OK" button is not visible on the Re-Create Document markup.

Known Causes

  • This issue can occur following an upgrade from MarkView 6.4

Resolution

  • The issue which can be resolved by taking the following steps.
    1. Connect to the MarkView schema via SQL*Plus

    2. Run the attached SQL Fix36750.sql script. This will replace the missing control on the Re-Create Document markup.

    3. Confirm that the script reports no errors, then type commit;
    4. Restart the MarkView Application Server in order for the change to take affect.
