'List of Values contains no entries' : error when using 'Doc Type' button in 'Previously Entered Invoices' Form

Behavior

• 'List of Values contains no entries' : error when using 'Doc Type' button in 'Previously Entered Invoices' Form

Known Causes

• Document Types have to be assigned the appropriate privilege to be changed from the Previously Entered form.

Resolution

• This value is 'Change type from Prev Entered', in the Privilege Group Authorization section of MarkView Administration. 
  To do this:
  1. Logon to MarkView Administration
  2. Click on the Document Types tab
  3. Click Details for the document type you would like to authorize
  4. Click on the "Privilege Group Auths" tab
  5. Click the Add button
  6. Choose the group for whom you want to authorize
  7. Choose 'Change type from Prev Entered' from the Privilege pull-down list
  8. Choose Yes for Authorization Type
  9. Save the record
