Behavior

Items are intermittently routing to the Workflow Administration queue with one of the following error messages:

ORA-29273: HTTP request failed ORA-06512: at "SYS.UTL_HTTP", line 1201 ORA-29261: bad argument ORA-06512: at "MARKVIEW.MVSAP_HTTP_UTIL", line 437 ORA-29273
ORA-20006: Status return of:404 Not Found
Not Found

Known Causes

This issue can occur if MarkView is unable to connect to the ERP system through the MarkView Gateway, or is unable to connect to the MarkView Gateway. In order to avoid this from happening, you will want to ensure that the MarkView Gateway is running and is able to connect to the ERP system.

One reason this may occur is by bringing down the MarkView Application Server or SAP for system maintenance while leaving the ApprovalCheck DBMS_JOB running.

Resolution
