MarkView - Uncategorized documents cause Selected and "Organization is not in MVERP_Filter_Param_Set" Error

Behavior

• After scanning the item will have the follwoing error and end up in the Workflow Administration queue or the Quality Control Queue.

  Caused by: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-20891: MVT_Document_Capture.PostCreateDocument: ORA-20889: Selected Organiza tion is not in MVERP_Filter_Param_Set.

Known Causes

This issue occurs when an Uncategorized Document barcode is generated with an organization property set.

Resolution

• Uncategorized documents should not have the option to select an organization.
  If this option is available you can remove it by taking hte following steps:
  1. Open MarkView Home
  2. Select Module Administration
  3. Select the Cover Page Class Properties menu option
  4. For uncategorized document, with the property of "Org" or "Organization", click the update link.
  5. Set the "enabled" option to N
  6. Click Save/Update
