Cannot connect to Markview. system.runtime.InteropServices.COMExcpetion(0x800A083f): Could not find script named Markview

Scanning an image in capture is failing with the following error:

This error is happening when name for "Database Validation Properties" is not set to MarkView.

For instance, in the screenshot below name should be MarkView not MarkView_TEST.

How to fix it?

1. Login to Kofax Capture Administration 

2. Select Troublesome batch to expand it:

3. Right click on the batch and select Database Validation....

4. Database Validation window will pop up:

5. Select Properties (It will take a while for the Database Validation Properties window to open)

6. Change the name to MarkView and re-publish the batch.
