Is it possible to manually register a vendor / supplier user if they did not receive their registration email?
Answer / Solution:
In cases where a vendor / supplier user does not receive their registration email, and several days have lapsed since the AP team has approved their request, and the email is confirmed to not be in their spam or junk email folders, please log a new case with Technical Support to request manual registration of the vendor / supplier user, providing the vendor / supplier email address, first name, last name and company name.
