Question / Problem:
After logging into my account, I don't see invoice or payment data displayed.
Answer / Solution:
If a supplier/vendor user does not see invoice or payment data displayed, this may indicate they need to update their Flash Player on their local PC, or use a different browser (Chrome instead of IE for example). Each supplier/vendor user should check with their respective IT department as each company may have different policies and procedures for updating software on their PC's, but in general Adobe Flash is updated via the Flash Player control panel.
