  • 7 NOV 2008: Per conversation between Aidan Sullivan and Dan Cook -

    • CS to provide the Performance Information section output from Support tools to confirm stats gathering.

    • No futher requirement for export of customer schema - CS to provide customization seed data instead thus negating the need to have a full MV schema DMP.

    • Network Diagram - to be provided if available.

  • 17 OCT 2008:  Updated Technical_Support_Transition.doc file, adding details to the Performance section and Certified and Supported platforms sections:

    • Modified Out of Scope Requests section under Certified and Supported Configuration to include Customer Specific Supported Platforms (Answer 1344) and Out of Scope Requests (Answer 1240).

    • Modified Performance section to add item 4 - CS to note last date customer gathered stats and exact method customer used to gather stats in Production

    • Modified wording for dmp file request to indicate this dmp file can be from internal environment.

  • 31 JUL 2008: Updated Technical_Support_Transition.doc file, adding checkpoint for confirmation of receipt of the following from CS to TS:

    • dmp file

    • sizing spreadsheet

    • network diagram

  • 28 JUL 2008: Updated Technical_Support_Transition.doc file, adding checkpoint for SupportWeb – Organization – Custom Fields tab, which needs to be updated at transition time.

  • 12 JUN 2008:  UATWorkflowReview.sql is attached for MarkView Version 5, and has been updated to UATWorkflowReview_MV6.sql for MarkView Version 6.  Check for latest version here :  \\ITdata01\consulting\170_Reusable_Assets\CS Process\Document Templates\5. System Installation & Testing\
