How is Total Commission (TCOM) calculated?

Solution

There are various commissions that can be present on a trade, e.g. EXEC, RSCH. 

TCOM is a sum of all commissions. CommissionReasonCode is an optional value and is not taken into consideration while calculating TCOM.
