OBSOLETE Problems logging in to AP Essentials (formerly ReadSoft Online) with IE11

Question / Problem: 

I try to login using IE11 but after clicking the Login button I get transferred back to the login page, with no error message.

Answer / Solution: 

This happens if the privacy setting is set to high, and 3rd party cookies are being blocked. Use the default setting. That works.

Enter How to here:

  1. Open Internet Options in Internet Explorer
  2. Go to Privacy
  3. Click on Default level
