How do I cancel a Service Plan?

 

Solution

You can cancel a service plan at any time. To cancel a service plan:

  1. Log in to the AP Essentials (formerly ReadSoft Online) Store: https://store.readsoftonline.com/
    You have five chances to enter the correct password when logging in. If you enter the wrong password more than five times, your account is locked for 30 minutes.
    If you forgot your password, use this link to get a new one: https://store.readsoftonline.com/Acc...ForgotPassword
  2. Click your email address at the top of the web page to manage the account settings.
  3. Click My plan.
  4. Click Cancel my plan and use the view that appears to confirm that you want to cancel your service plan.
    After you cancel a plan, you can continue to use AP Essentials until the current subscription period ends. After the current subscription period ends, your account is paused.

If you decide to start using AP Essentials for processing documents again, you can resume your account by purchasing a new plan.
