How to find additional information for a document with input failed.
If an email notification has been set up for input failed, the email contains a short description of the issue. It contains the Track ID of the batch and the file name. It also contains the partner account (Account) and the customer account (Recipient). Origin is the email input address it was sent to.
Details of the failed input can also be seen in the batch history in AP Essentials (formerly ReadSoft Online). To find the failed batch, log in to the user interface (Online Office), check "All documents" and Batch view, or log in as administrator and go to the batch view in the document list.
