Where are changes made to a customer or a user account recorded?
All changes made to the customer environment are recorded in the Audit trail. When logged in as an administrator go to Explore -> Audit trail. All events are recorded with date and time, the user who performed the change and a description of what has been changed. Further details are displayed when clicking on the Event time.
To review changes made to a specific user go to Account -> User management -> Users and click on the user account. Logs are found in the Audit trail and details are displayed when clicking on the Event time.
