Privileges needed to configure Single Sign-On (SSO)
Issue
Partner attempts to configure Single Sign-On, what privileges are needed?
Solution
The privileges needed to configure Single Sign-On is "Manage resources", to upload the certificate, and "Manage identity providers" to create identity providers and to enable it for specific accounts.
These privileges are also included in the "Manage accounts" privilege.
