Field order changed in the output XML

Issue

The position of one or more fields in the XML output file has changed.

Cause

The order of the fields in the XML output is not guaranteed to be consistent. 

Solution

Fields should be referenced by XML tag and not be dependent on the specific ordering. If the fields are required to be in a specific order, a custom XSLT can be used to format the output.
