Line Item table not extracted

Issue

Line items are not being extracted.  This was working previously.

Cause

The most common cause for this behavior is documents for this buyer/supplier were approved by the Verify operators without any line items.  If a previous set of documents for this buyer/supplier were approved without line items, or if a document was approved without capturing line items, then they system would learn to not capture line items for subsequent invoices.

Solution

Simply draw the line items for this document and approve it.   Once the line items are drawn and the document is approved the system will automatically learn to capture line items for future documents from this buyer/supplier.
