Partner cannot activate Service Plan for customers

Issue

Partner administrators does not have the privilege to add Service Plans to customer accounts.

 

Solution

If the order is for a specific customer and not for the entire partner site Kofax is responsible to update and maintain the Service Plans on customer level. The Service Plan will be added when the order has been fully processed by Kofax.
