How to find logs on what is communicated between AP Essentials and NetSuite. For example sending a document to NetSuite or requesting master data from NetSuite.


In NetSuite, navigate to:  Setup > Integration > SOAP Web Services Usage Log

The Usage Log contains a record of each interaction between AP Essentials and NetSuite. 

Each log entry has two associated XML files, one for the request (what AP Essentials asked for) and one for the response (how NetSuite answered).  These request and response XML files contain detailed information which can be used for troubleshooting.
