ReadSoft: How to retrieve Process Director Accounts Payable tekki dumps to troubleshoot document and data issues.

TEKKI dumps can help identify document, data and transfer issues.  This article provides instructions on how to retrieve and save the 3 different TEKKI dumps.

PROCESS DIRECTOR Accounts Payable (AP) has 3 TEKKI dumps that contain document data.  

ALV Dump -- this dump includes all of the tables used to store data and can be beneficial when identifying and troubleshooting workflow issues.  To retrieve/save this dump:

--Go to tcode /cockpit/1, click Execute
--Open the document, type in tekki in the tcode area 
--Click on ALV dump 
--Click on the Save Dump as HTML button

Tree-Dump -- this dump includes all of the tables used to store data and can be beneficial when identifying and troubleshooting data issues on transfer and throughout the versions of the document.  To retrieve/save this dump:

--Go to tcode /cockpit/1, click Execute
--Open the document, type in tekki in the tcode area 
--Click on Tree dump 
--Click on the folder to expand it 
--Click on Edit, Expand Subtree (this step is important -- if the subtree is not completely expanded the file sent to support will not contain all the data)
--Click on System, List, Save, Local File, HTML format 

History-Dump -- this dump includes the message log from transfer up to the most recent version of the document.  To retrieve/save this dump:

--Go to tcode /cockpit/1, click Execute
--Open the document, type in tekki in the tcode area 
--Click on History dump 
--Click the folder to expand the history
--Click on the Save Dump as HTML button
--Click on System, List, Save, Local File, HTML format
