Kofax provides support for directly sold customers with Plus and Premium member level. If you purchased via a Partner, please contact your partner. For assistance with a specific Kofax Invoice Portal question, please use the in-tool Support-Request functionality. Make sure you tell us as much as you can about the issue/query:

  • A detailed description of your problem
  • The text of any error message you received
  • Invoice number of the affected invoice
  • Invoice date
