I have lost my two-factor authentication recovery codes, we can not access Invoice Portal any longer.

If you or a colleague are unable to create a ticket with Kofax Technical Support please create a post (ask a question) in our Community.
We will create a support case for you and contact your Invoice Portal administrator directly via email, please make sure this person is aware of us reaching out to them. They will have to verify your request to access the system upon which we will proceed to reset your account.
