Documents with manually entered planned delivery costs do not post in PROCESS DIRECTOR

When manually entering planned delivery costs in PROCESS DIRECTOR, the document will not post.
This issue occurs when the user completes the COND_TYPE field but does not complete the COND_ST_NO and COND_COUNT fields. All three fields need to be filled out in order for the document to post.
To resolve this issue, ensure that the user is entering information for all three fields.
Note: If there are two or more equal condition types, the user must fill out the COND_ST_NO and CONT_COUNT fields with information from the PO line.
