Workflow status filter options missing in the PROCESS DIRECTOR AP /cockpit/1 transaction.
Answer / Solution:
When accessing the /cockpit/1 transaction in PROCESS DIRECTOR, some of the workflow status filter options are missing.
Resolution
This issue occurs for one of two reasons, described as follows with their corresponding resolutions:

No WORK CYCLE license is installed for the SAP system, or the license information is invalid.
To resolve this issue, go to transaction /cockpit/c46, and confirm that a WORK CYCLE license is installed and that the SAP installation number and system ID values are correct. This information should appear similar to the following example:
WORK CYCLE by ReadSoft 0020128432 DR6
If license information is not available, contact Lexmark Enterprise Software Support at es_support@lexmark.com for information on obtaining and installing a license.

There is no web application URL entry for the SAP system. This issue can be confirmed by going to transaction /cockpit/wc to see if a Customizing error appears. If so, the URL is missing and must be added. Follow these steps:

?Go to transaction /cockpit/wi1.

In the URL of WORK CYCLE Web Application box, add the address for the current SAP system.

Close PROCESS DIRECTOR.

Reopen PROCESS DIRECTOR and go to transaction /cockpit/1 to confirm that all workflow filters are displayed.
