ReadSoft: Document attachments are missing in the attachment list for PROCESS DIRECTOR

Issue: 

When opening the attachment list for a document in transaction FB03, the list is empty or is missing attachments.

Note: This also occurs in transaction FBL1N.

Solution: 

This issue occurs when the Generic Object Service (GOS) attachment list is unable to populate the attachments due to a program error.
