French translations are not correct for PDAP Webapp extraction

Issue

customer has performed some testing and found out that if they save the csv file as it is and then open it up in Notepad and save it as ANSI encoding from Notepad then we can open the file in Excel without issue with the special characters.

Is there any solution from your side that the file generated from the "Export list" button in the Webapp can be encoding in ANSI instead of UTF-8? Any configuration that can be changed at the webapp level?

Solution

Our Lab has checked this issue and wrote that this is not possible in PD Web Application.
