PD FI preset execution issue

During the testing the provided solution with the customer was recognized that the preset for the new document was not executed during the /eby/pdfi_gen_recurring_docs execution. Could you please check why the system didn't run it ?

(what was tested during my verification is that in the debug mode the report didn't execute this part of the code.

The preset is working correctly, during the document update the preset sets correctly all information.In the PD we have the preset functionality which allows updating fields during some action (document creation, document update, etc). The functionality works properly for the standard document creation process. But it doesn't work for document creation from recuring entires, I will duplicate it in the Kofax environment. In which system should I do it ?

Solution

Issue might be resolved within configurations.

First of all it is necessary to configure action FI_GEN_RECURR_DOCS in in /eby/pdboc for FI document type - Processes - Processes per action (Customize processes per action in case if we are talking about Change system settings branch in pdboc). The event "DATA_PRESETTING" must be added there with parameter Preset ID (which means "command" or "key word" which will be considered from presets configuration). After that, presets might be configured.
