Server busy showing in Work cycle

Customer reported below issue:
We have received several reports from users in production environment on this case. When they use docked view, sometimes it hangs and locks SAP GUI session and Windows as well. To get rid of the issue users have to restart their computers. I could not find any similar case in release notes for SP2 and SP3.
