How to find the Collector logs?
Solution
To find the Collector logs, please follow this procedure on the INVOICES server where the COLLECTOR is installed and set to run automatically:
1- Open the Manager module and click the Plugins menu, then ReadSoft Collector:
2-In the dialog box: General settings, select the Logging tab:
3- Highlight the log entry to view, then click the Edit button.
The path to the log will be displayed in the new window:
4- Navigate to this path and you will see these folders:
5- Open the eiitrp folder (if you find more than one eiitrp folder, please select the newest).
You will find the Collector logs there:
