Issue
The Manager application closes down when attempting to setup a new OAuth input source for Collector
Cause
The setting "Close application on error" is activated in Collector.
Solution
1. Start the Manager
2. Open the menu: Plugins, ReadSoft Collector, Advanced
3. Deactivate/uncheck the checkbox for "Close application on error", click "Ok"
4. Restart the Manager
