How to export Current Invoice Data from INVOICES Manager

Issue

How can I provide the current invoice data from INVOICES to Kofax Technical Support?

Solution

1. In the Manager module, list the invoices by clicking the Invoices button in the toolbar.
2. Right-click on any record in the list and choose Select All.
3. Once all of the records are highlighted, press Ctrl+C on the keyboard to copy the highlighted data to the Windows clipboard.
4. You can then paste the data directly from the clipboard into your favorite spreadsheet program, such as Microsoft Excel, and attach it directly to your support case in Salesforce.
