PS Customizations, additional plugins and User Exits are not part of standard Kofax Technical Support. If you are looking to modify a PS customization, or if you encounter a problem with an existing PS customization and you require Kofax assistance, you will need to contact Kofax PS to request an engagement.

Kofax Technical Support would be unable to comment on or assist with PS customization related issues.

Technical Support can raise a Professional Services request on your behalf, after which the Professional Services Team will contact you to provide dates, times, and costs for the required tasks.
